SignalPath Careers provides resume review, resume optimization, and resume development services designed to improve clarity, alignment, and presentation of professional experience.

We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, or employment outcomes. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, employer preferences, and individual experience.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information, including resumes, work history, and career goals. SignalPath Careers is not responsible for errors or omissions resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.

Revisions and Feedback

Each service includes a defined scope of feedback or revisions based on the selected package. Requests outside the original scope may require additional time or fees, which will be communicated clearly before proceeding.

Turnaround Time

Estimated turnaround times will be communicated after intake and may vary depending on service selection, complexity, and current workload. Timelines are estimates and not guarantees.

Payment and Refunds

Payments are due prior to service delivery unless otherwise stated. Due to the customized nature of resume services, refunds are not guaranteed once work has begun.

If concerns arise, clients are encouraged to communicate promptly so reasonable solutions can be discussed.

Communication

Primary communication will occur via email unless otherwise agreed. Clients are responsible for monitoring their email and responding in a timely manner to avoid delays.

Confidentiality

SignalPath Careers treats all client information as confidential and will not share personal or professional details with third parties except as required to deliver services or comply with legal obligations.

Limitation of Liability

SignalPath Careers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of services. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service provided.

Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a form, making a payment, or engaging services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Agreement.
